Alicia founded and directs Ralston Group Properties -- a boutique residential and commercial real estate firm -- and has developed a niche clientele base with industry-leading metrics for customer satisfaction and repeat business. Alicia's client portfolio has been developed through trust-based relationships and innovations in marketing. Alicia recently served as Chairman of Ada County Association of Realtors' Green Task Force.

Prior to joining the real estate profession, Alicia spent 14 years in the environmental and construction industry, managing projects and programs with life-cycle costs in excess of $1 Billion. Alicia's background includes:

  • Strong listening, analytical and negotiation skills developed as a successful broker and prior strategic planner and business development consultant;
  • A proven track record in helping clients sell and buy real estate -- targeted, focused, creative and smart marketing of properties, and good listening and application; and 
  • Bachelors from the University of Missouri.

Alicia's community involvement includes:

  • Participating in Idaho's Big Brother Big Sister Program;
     
  • Supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Dream Home Give-Away; 
  • Taking part in Community Days such as Paint the Town, Rake Up Boise, Make-A-Wish; and  
  • Contributing to various local charities and community organizations.

Alicia spends her free time fly fishing with her husband, David; discussing good design with their son Chris who recently graduated from the University of Oregon, and is working & living in New York City; skiing; gardening; and spending time with their two labs, Doc & Charlie. On a rainy day off, you can find her reading or listening to music while enjoying architecture.

Melinda offers her clients exceptional customer service, integrity and professionalism. She specializes in customized loan programs for medical professionals, attorneys, and self-employed borrowers. Her background includes:

  • Strong analytical experience with an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Utah;
  • Extensive knowledge of market conditions as an Idaho Native; and 
  • Strategic and organizational skills developed as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies.


Melinda's community involvement includes:

 

  • Idaho Women's Charitable Foundation;
  • Active PTA Member; and 
  • Idaho Episcopal Foundation.

Melinda spends her free time with her two daughters, Hanna and Lily. Their favorite activities include skiing, water-skiing and biking. When they are not outdoors, they enjoy music, reading and discovering new local artists and galleries.
