Prior to joining the real estate profession, Alicia spent 14 years in the engineering and construction industry, including helping to position Boise-based Washington Group International, Inc. - managing projects and programs with life-cycle costs in excess of $1 Billion. Alicia's background includes:
  • Strong listening, analytical and negotiation skills developed as a strategic planner and business development consultant
  • A proven track record in helping clients sell and buy real estate - targeted,focused, smart marketing of properties and good listening and application
  • Bachelors in Communications & Marketing from the University of Missouri

Alicia's community involvement includes:

  • Participating in Idaho's Big Brother Big Sister Program  
  • Taking part in Community Days such as Paint the Town, Rake Up Boise, Make-A-Wish 
  • Contributing to various local charities and community organizations

Alicia spends her free time fly fishing with her Husband, David, enjoying their son Chris who recently graduated from the University of Oregon, gardening, and spending time with their two labs. On a rainy day, Alicia enjoys reading or listening to music while drawing and designing homes.

Melinda spends her free time with her two daughters, Hanna and Lily. Their favorite activities include skiing, water-skiing and biking. When they are not outdoors, they enjoy music, reading and discovering new local artists and galleries.
